The task for this project was to provide aerial platform rental service to complete maintenance tasks across six locations between Călărași and Bucharest. With careful planning, the project involved multiple stops, covering distances of 30 km between locations, and safely delivering operational success in just three to four days.
Our team ensured safety during operations, adapting to diverse working conditions on unprepared terrain. The client was offered flexible options, including accommodating the operator in Călărași or transporting them to and from the location daily. We also integrated overtime where necessary, completing the project on time.
At KRAN, effective communication is key to our operations. Coordinating the work required active communication and our work schedule’s flexibility ensured the process completed the task in a shorter time frame.
