Material Handling and Roof Installation Support – Rasova Residential Development

Kran provided multiple lifting solutions for the ongoing construction of two residential buildings in Rasova, Constanța County.

Our team deployed a Scania 8×4 Fassi F900XP truck-mounted crane, a JCB 530-120 telehandler, and a Bobcat T40140 telescopic handler to safely and efficiently lift materials including bricks, concrete blocks, timber beams, and roofing elements to upper levels.

The project required careful coordination due to limited space between the buildings and continuous workflow over multiple days. Through precise lifting, steady communication with site teams, and rapid mobilization, Kran ensured uninterrupted progress for the contractor Fourmar Construct Management S.R.L.

• Vertical lifting and placement of building materials (brick, BCA blocks, timber, insulation)
