In September, our team responded to a request for the dismantling of a hall profile and an elevator requiring a truck crane at a pig farm in Sibioara, Constanta county.
The client tasked us with dismantling hall and room profiles, as well as an elevator for their farm. The building structure was tall, standing at around 30 meters in height. We understood the challenges posed by this height, as truck cranes are more limited in lifting capacity as the arm extends further.
To address this issue, we carefully assessed the project requirements and confidently decided to use our truck crane with a reach capability of up to 34 meters. However, we were mindful that disassembling the parts in larger pieces may not be possible, so we opted to dismantle them piece by piece, ensuring that each piece weighed within the range of 1.5T to 2 T.
Our team then proceeded with the operation by reaching the highest peak of the elevator and carefully uninstalling each piece one by one. Despite the complexity of the project, our team successfully completed the operation within 24 hours, much to the satisfaction of the client.
